After two days of in-service meetings Mount Michael’s
faculty and staff took time out for a morning of prayer and reflection. This year’s retreat was given by Jessi Kary
from the Pro Sanctity Center. Much of
the reflection and sharing was centered on Mark 4:35-41 which is the story of
Jesus sleeping in the boat as a storm rages.
Upon waking Jesus calms the storm and reminds his disciples to have
faith and not to fear.
The faculty and staff came away with a sense of calm before
the storm that every start of school presents.
The sense of community and our presence to help one another enables us
to represent Christ to our students and one another in all things, our successes
and failures it all works out. More Photos
