Kampschnieder ('69) has been recognized by his employer Waddell & Reed,
Inc. From the Lincoln Journal Star: The President's Council award is given to only 12 of Waddell & Reed's financial advisors, out of its national network of more than 2,600 advisors. The award is presented annually by the firm and is based on an analysis of investment, insurance and financial planning sales generated by the advisor. This is the first time that Kampschnieder has earned this honor. As a member of the council, Kampschnieder will meet periodically with firm management and other advisors, discussing ongoing goals, management issues, products and client service issues. Kampschnieder has been a professional in the financial services industry for 25 years. He joined Waddell & Reed in 1983. Kampschnieder earned a bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas. Founded in 1937,
